19.0 EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLE PURCHASING

19.1 General.
For MRHA VIII- All equipment and vehicle purchasing should be purchased from the state purchasing website. In the event what is listed to procure under a state contract is not available, the Agency will seek three quotes from dealerships throughout the state and whichever quote is the lowest and is available without an extended amount of lead time, will be where it is purchased.

For SMHD- the Agency will seek three quotes from dealerships throughout the state and whichever quote is the lowest and is available without an extended amount of lead time, will be where it is purchased.
