12.0 CONTRACT CLAUSES
12.1 Contract Pricing Arrangements. All contracts shall identify the contract pricing arrangement as well as other pertinent terms and conditions, as determined by the Agency.
12.2 Required Forms. Additionally, the forms HUD-5369; 5369-A; 5369-B; 5369; 5370; 5370-C (Sections I and II); 51915; and 51915-A, which contain all HUD-required clauses and certifications for contracts of more than $99,999.99, as well as any forms/clauses as required by HUD for small purchases, shall be used, as applicable, in all corresponding solicitations and contracts issued by the Agency.
